Waffle Charcuterie Board

In preparation of Valentines Day and other Spring time brunches I decided to practice my hand at a waffle charcuterie board. Let me tell you, it turned out better than I could have imagined! It was so fun to put together and Fletcher whipped up some homemade whipped cream. I did find one secret in preparing so many waffles with only one waffle maker without them getting soggy. I mixed up a triple batch of waffle mix and then made the waffles one at a time. While they were cooling I had them lay out on a cookie cooling rack that allowed the air to flow around them and stop them getting soggy.
